5 STAR SERVICE Had gas central heating installed to replace electric storage heaters and new bathroom fitted, couldn’t be happier with the result.  Minimum disruption getting the heating switched over and bathroom has been totally transformed.  Mark & Bradley went above and beyond when unexpected and unrelated problems occurred working late to make sure we were not left without heating.  They took pride in their work and nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were happy with the result.  Both were polite and respectful at all times.  They left the place clean and tidy and did a really thorough job.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Optimum.

I have used Optimum several times now and they have excelled themselves again. I had a problem with my gas late on a Friday and Simon arrived Friday evening and again on Saturday, and worked hard to rectify the problem, without fuss. He was polite and efficient as always and they have always been excellent value for money. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone.

Mark and his team work exceptionally well to make sure that you are happy and that all requirements are met. Professional, caring, competitive price and honest. I would definitely recommend.

Would definitely recommend, arrived to fix a leaking pipe extremely quickly. Reasonable prices and very polite & friendly staff.
