About Us

Since it’s conception in 2006, OptimHome now have over 1,300 agents. We offer a truly modern approach to Estate Agency. As a mature team of 3, we have almost 40 years of combined property experience. Personally, after graduating from Cambridge in 2001, I worked as a project manager for Goldman Sachs in London and started to build a small portfolio of investment properties. After a few years off to start a family, I decided not return to the city and to focus property. My business partner, Nicholas, has over 20 years of experience in the UK property market and our Sales Manager, Anne, has also been involved in property and Lettings for the past 5 years.

Conveyancing

At OptimHome we provide a highly modern approach to conveyancing. We can provide you with an instant upfront quote. Once you accept this quote our solicitors then begin to prepare contracts, assemble land registry documents and compile answers to common enquiries immediately so that once you find a buyer these are sent to your buyer’s solicitor within 24 hours! If you change your mind or are unable to sell you are charged no further fees!

We have an online tracking system that you can log into at any time to see the progress of your purchase / sale. All of your documents are on there to download. For most of the documentation it is ok to print, sign, scan and upload so there is no need to wait days for letters to be sent back and forth between you and your solicitor. If you don’t have a printer or scanner, I can do this for you. The office is open 7 days a week and to 8pm on weekdays, so there’s no need to take time out of your working week to deal with your solicitors.

Mortgage Advice

Our mortgage brokers are the UK’s leading independent fee-free broker.
