I attended the Motherwell store today with my uncle for a routine eye test.  My uncle is deaf and we often find that eye tests can be a real challenge for optometrists as they are unable to sign.  The team in Motherwell were outstanding!  Hope Optometrist was so gentle and reassuring. She was patient and explained everything in an easy to understand way which relaxed my uncle.  Alison was fantastic. She was able to sign which made a massive difference.  I also had my eye test and can’t fault the service we received at all today. Margaret sorted me out with some great new frames!  We both chose new glasses and left very happy customers.  Thank you guys...Five star service!!

Staff were really nice to talk to, helpful and professional at their job. The Optician herself sorry I can't remember her name was really good at her job and was really helpful with my questions. One thing I don't like when phoning for appointments etc is calling the 0800 number. Preferred calling 01698 number that took me straight through to the Motherwell store. Definitely recommend Optical Express and they will certainly have my custom for years to come for my corresponded lenses.

I recently visited this establishment in the hopes of retrieving a new set of reading glasses. I was warmly greeted by an employee by the name of Caroline, she was kindhearted and extremely helpful. She explained the whole process and had my eyes tested, afterwards she helped me find the perfect frames to suit my face, I am over the moon with them, worth every penny. Caroline was presented well, looked very professional yet, still gentle and comforting through the whole experience. Thank you Caroline and the rest of Optical express.

Going for my routine eye tests and had my daughter with me and staff were extremely kind and attentive in supporting us throughout the eye test, my daughter loved chatting away to these lovely ladies while i had my eyes checked! Always so welcoming in this branch with outstanding customer service.

I visited your Motherwell branch to purchase a new pair of glasses last week.  Staff were very helpful, proficient, helped me pick the right pair of glasses and made sure the esthetics were correct. Would highly recommend the branch and will be using them in the future.

My son visited the Motherwell store last weekend to choose new frames. We were helped by Lyn who was very patient and helpful.  She took time to help find the best frames to suit his needs. Very friendly service. Thank you Lyn.

I have been thinking of contact lenses for a while, the team in Motherwell have be so good. Margaret Kershaw the manager has been with me every step of the way, spending a substantial amount of time with me teaching me to pop my lenses in and out. It has been an excellent experience. Thank you.

Staff are really friendly and do all they can to help. I have recently taken my 5 year old for her first examination and Brian the optometrist was great with her! They also fixed my broken and wonkey glasses for me!

Just thought I would leave this review as I was so impressed by Caroline and the rest of the staff at Motherwell optical express with thier customer service and patience with me when changing from wearing glasses to contact lenses. They made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the fit before me having to commit.I will certainly be back.Thanks again.

Made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The eye test was great and the glaucoma one went without a hitch. I loved the idea of numbing the eyes beforehand. All in all a very pleasant experience. To cap it alll I received my new spectacles in less than two weeks. Mrs Ann Rodger.
