Beautiful location, very friendly. Views are stunning. Toilets, showers and kitchen facilities including washer/dryer/cooker/toaster etc. Close to School House Corner handy for Ramsey. Been here every year for nearly 10 years and it just gets better and better a credit to Jill, John and Nigel superb site very well run and very clean.
The campsite is a quiet place because no one wants to be there. The management is a total waste of time they’ve not got a clue on how to run a site. There was only one shower working when we got there with one toilet 3 sinks with one plug and cold water. They did move us when we asked to move onto the hard standing on the field and opened up the other shower block which was the same broken old showers. No washing facilities for pots no Wi-Fi and both was advertised. They even turned off the boiler before we left so no hot water at all. Campsite is to expensive and make sure you check over the phone that everything is working before you book. Be careful I’m no electrician but it doesn’t look like the place is wired up right. They even put splitters and daisy chained the electric hook ups on the tents and vans.
Lovely setting. Basic facilities.
