I am really happy with the friendly Oodle customer service advisor, Lisa who welcomed me and was patient with my query. Lisa answered a few of my questions and provided such a warm welcome call to feel free to ask my questions. Which lead me to mention something after which was very important.nn5 out of 5 for excellent customer service from a very happy customer.nnWill be recommending more customers to Oodle Finance.
Had no issues with Oodle the while 5 years I was with them. The staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful and put me at ease when there was an issue with the direct debit. I'd highly recommend them and use them again
The short time I needed to communicate with Oodle, there is a lady staff that for some reason is unprofessional on the phone and very impatient. I have not called Oodle since for anything, as this was on 3 occasions I have spoken to this staff and they have been rude. On the contrary I have not in my self reflection been rude or attacked staff verbally in any way.
Hey, I've been dealing with Oodle Finance for a while now and they've been absolutely amazing! If you're thinking about getting a car loan, I highly recommend them. Their service and customer care are top-notch!
