Amazing top quality, decent, polite and hard working service with this company every single time - lovely people to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for them. Today I asked them to send over details of all calls I have made over the last 6 months which is not the easiest thing for them to sort out, and they sent them over to my email immediately. Lauren was excellent. Very helpful and continued to work with me until the issue was resolved. The previous adviser ended the chat before resolving and the first one was not able to resolve either. Everything is now working as it should. A note to OneComm that the issue should not have been an issue in the outset. The new PIN was not set up properly and there was also nothing on the documents I received confirming my new number which is not helpful. Perhaps some feedback to sales team to make sure this information is provided to the customer in the outset - as I had to contact the team just to find out what my new number was. Many thanks
