What a dump. Rude Staff, dented drinks cans, hardly stocks anything, prices wrong at shelf regularly- shift manager Sue is the grumpiest, narkiest woman i have met in years and needs to do more customer service training- clearly unfit to run the post office counter as she cant read address labels and gets flustered and arsey if she cant do the task easily. Argued with me over a simple task that every other post office i go to can manage with ease- i had to tell her what to do and she got snotty again. Bumbling, inefficient, kept chatting to other staff and drinking her coffee instead of focusing on the task in hand. Seriously, i use post offices for parcels 4/5 times a week and have never had an experience like this. Theres a little asda across the road open until 11pm- you need shopping? Go there. You need a cash machine? Go there. You need a post office? Go anywhere but here. Seriously? Avoid like the plague. I wont be going back. Rude, argumentative, bossy, inept staff that to be honest? Begs the question why do they work with the general public? If you dont like people, go and work on the farm. Theres plenty of unemployed people about that will happily do your job better than you anyhow. And shift Manager? Running the shop? She couldnt run a bath. Hopeless
