They get your order wrong and do nothing accept tell you to sort it for a refund on the items they “forgot to pack” that you have also payed delivery for!! I won’t be ordering from here again. Not great customer service skills!
It s useful having the post office in here when it was going to close down. It does make getting served harder as often the member of staff is trying to do both. Good choices in store. But look for the size of queue first. Staff are helpful. Shelves normally well stocked.
love that this place is in nice and early, especially on a Sunday. Managed to go and get some maltesers chocolate spread at 7 am! Like the fact that there is a built in subway as well, cos, you have to like subway. It's the British law.
Had a group of youths hanging around the outside verbally assualting being absolutely horrible making the experience awful. They even was blocking the path/entrance to the shop not acceptable when mentioned to a member of staff simply shrugged her shoulders and did nothing
One Stop is a good place to go especially if you fancy a Subway or use the Post Office there. It also has a Costa Coffee Express Machine there is you like a hot drink
