Their 'honesty' is the most questionable. I part exchanged an old vehicle, which I could have gotten 800 locally. I thought fair enough, according to them i will get a road legal motor.nnLow behold, the vehicle has several issues, with the brakes failing the most alarming. I tried to speak with them, but their 30 day warranty is non existent, they refuse responsibility.nnWill take the car to VOSA for an MOT check and ask them how an earth anyone passed this vehicle for an MOT? They will chase the MOT guys. As for One Stop, I will be chasing them through Trading Standards and the Motoring Ombudsman.nnI suggest anyone else does the same.
Bought a car from these guys. Was an issue with the handbrake, rang back and they booked it in at the garage they use to get it sorted at their expense. Unfortunately the garage didn't fit the parts correctly and was left with the same issue. Spoke to the guys at onestop motors and they advised me to take it to my garage and get it sorted and they would pay. Problem now all sorted and they stayed true to their word and paid for the work done! Thanks
Choice cars are the best taxi firm out there always on time cheap prices friendly drivers and lovely people on switch board always have a laugh and they look after me being disabled in a wheel chair they always make sure I get in safely to my home defo recommend using them I won't use anyone else
I came down to one stop motors in Heckmondwike and I purchased a honda civic of this dealership i just want to say what an amazing service it was over all was really happy the way I was treated and will definitely recommend to everyone who is looking to buy a car I shall definitely be back for my next car
