I like how the shop is open every day and closes late.. HOWEVER, the staff are very unpleasant. Always coughing without covering their mouths and look as though they couldn't care less about anything. Basically a bunch of Chavs working in a shop. grotty

Open until 11pm, but the door is locked at 1050pm. Last I checked being open means that customers can come in and shop.

Most of the staff are rude and unpleasant , would not hire them to clean my shoes

Very rude staff; I think I've only ever been thanked once by one of the cashiers for making a purchase- I believe your staff need reminding that their salaries are funded for because customers shop there so a little more gratitude wouldn't go amiss; If I get a simple hello I'd be lucky!
