A recent order arrived with many items missing and i was advised when I rang customer services they were out when I ordered. I received an email advising my order had been dispatched but no tracking number and my choice of delivery agent was changed without my knowledge- no one asked me and no one could tell me the reason why. The delivery driver left the order in my parents barn despite them being home and only one page of the delivery note was left so my parents couldn't check what was there. On that one page, two items were marked 'to follow' but when I queried this with customer services. It seems to be a lottery now which items arrive from an order and it never used to be that way. Standards seem to have slipped in all things and the only answer given is that the system is being changed.

Good selection of products. The wait at the checkout is sometimes excessive.

Have a good range of your everyday items that you may want. Post Office counter in the corner is useful. Would be better if they had two Post Office counters due to queues sometimes, but there isn't really the room for another so can't fault One Stop. Staff are usually very friendly as well.
