Not a good first experience. New shop 1 day open. I bought a bag of potatoes, on opening them discovered they were all green, so I returned to the store within an hour, unfortunately I had not retained the receipt. Consequently I was refused a refund. Not very good customer service, considering the item was inedible and therefore not fit for purpose. Won’t be returning.
Sold baby milk that was off ready made... manager couldn't care less .....always waiting at till over 5 minutes sometimes....cooperative is so much better and the staff are not rude ......
Just been in today. Found the service poor. Was made to feel guilty for asking for a bag, despite not being asked if i wanted one. Not friendly at all. And last week was waiting about 5 minutes before someone coming out to serve me.
Very impressed with the whole look of the shop, selling a vast array of goods, plenty of room between the aisles. Very clean & the staff were all very polite & friendly.
Found most of the staff very friendly and helpful except for the manager that seems to be carrying a large chip on her shoulder.
