This is a convenience store for regular daily items, although you can find most things the management is very poor, usually very very under staff, so there is long queue at the till. Also they are collection point for EVRi, however most of the times they either don't have any one to give out the parcels or their scanner or hardware is corrupt. In many occasions it has taken me several attempts and days to be able to collect a parcel. So avoid if you can!
Most of the staff are very nice and helpful, nothing against them. Even if it's a new trainee that doesn't have a care in the world and he is moving really slow, not asking for help from his colleagues.....still a nice staff. Went there in the morning around 7am and again 7 30, the doors were closed, lights on, with no announcement or anything why they're closed and when they are re-opening. Most of the people in that area rely on that shop because is opening really early kudos for that, but everyone who was passing by was pushing on that door and no one was bothered to tell us why.
It's your very standard shop. Not enough really for a weekly shop. Staff are ok. They only think I really dislike is the horn that goes off every time every time someone opens the door. I guess it's been robbed so many times? If you need your basics then this is a good option.
Overcharged items said £1.25 on sticker charged my card £1.65 per item, wouldn’t refund when I noticed after contactless payment.
Tricky to park. Can get beggars outside. Not the best one stop. Stick levels are a bit hit and miss
Incompetent staff. Refused to be served as I asked my 19 year old daughter which rizla I should get her dad as they didn't have his usual ones! From the reviews it doesn't seem like I am the only person baffled by the staffs attitudes!
Always good basic choice . Chillers . Good Wine and beer choice coffee machine. Money dispenser inside
Never open, opens late closes early rip off prices empty shelfs staff is rude you wait half hour to get served horrible place doors don't work, should replace with an asda or tesco
Useless place never open taken on new staff and as useless as the previous staff fridges were broke for 2 weeks shelves empty might as well be closed down and put a reliable shop like asda,or tesco
