Extremely unprofessional. Have been chasing my pay and have requested information on my timesheet but they’re completely useless. Also they promise a call back and never call you back. Still waiting to get paid…

Avoid.avoid.avoid!!! Currently robbing the working person 32% of Ur wadges to tax an national insurance an then another 13% for the company employees national insurance. Yes 45% of your wadges taken before you see it!! Every single person here is rude, obnoxious, an seem to think there above you. Then they tell you your hourly pay is including your holiday pay again unlawful as HMRC told me. So 100% recommend everyone to refuse joinery with this payroll at all costs or it will cost you!!

We have been using one payroll services for several years and they have been fantastic to work alongside. They are always on the other end of the phone to answer any queries. Payment is always on time and they are willing to work out of hours when needed! Overall, they give an excellent service and I look forward to continuing work with them in the future.
