Friendly staff...very clean.
Absolutely useless, have been trying to get in touch over phone for emergency prescription for my son and lines constantly busy. Would give no stars if I could!!!!!!
Treatment and care provided is disgusting they have failed their duty to care I've suffered 4+ years, ive been the one chasing appointments, the staff don't communicate or log appointments attended
Please help I need my repeat prescription I've phoned now 96 time pharmacy cant help my nurse came today and gave me a prescription but that was only for my COPD.
Line al3ays busy. Almost impossible to get an appointment through the phone.
Trying to get appointment from referral to get my son a hearing test booked . Left two messages over two days, no call back. Tried to get through via main reception no from website lady put me through but answering machine again!!! Give up. Going to speak to docs about it
Called multiple times trying to find out if they do walk ins I'm a student brand new here had to walk here on painful legs only to be told they dont and to go to the other one
There wasn’t an option to give no stars. I’ve tried to ring up to change an appointment as it said it opens at 8:30 but no one is answering, this is ridiculous
Utterly pathetic service simply impossible to get appointment by telephone as nobody ever answers phone mixed with the fact that you cant even pre book appointment for next day you have to physically make 2 trips 1 to get appointment then 1 to attend
