If I could give them minus 5 stars I would. Stay well away from this insurer too, like to take your money! and that's about it. Expect to wait on hold for hours after you've purchased the insurance, speak to rude staff that don't even know anything about insurance let alone any manners.
You really are better off going to the major insurers even if you have to pay a bit extra as this is really false economy trying to save a few pounds. REMEMBER these are brokers all they care about is their COMISSION so once they have got it, GOODBYE to you, you have served your purpose.

I have many convictions and was given a very good quote with this company. A friendly man set up my policy and helped me find something I could afford and then Rebecca helped me to get my documents and work out how to use the share code which I struggled to do myself. She was very kind and helpful and i am pleased with my insurance policy and would recommend.

What a star Joel was. Never gave up trying to find a lower price. I had lots of changes to make and a real troublesome situation and he was kind polite and never made me feel too much trouble. Only point of trouble is the getting through as you do have to wait a long time listening to bad music till you get a human but worth the wait.👍🏻👍🏻

I have recently started a new insurance policy with One Answer and I was really struggling to get my documents sorted for my Taxi. I am so grateful for the support of the lovely Becka. 
She was patient with me and helped me sort my documents in just a couple of phone calls. I am very happy with the service.
