Been to this salon a couple of times in the last few years, overall the salon is lovely and the staff are very friendly.
My recent appointment was for a back, neck and sholder massage, the massage it’s self was very relaxing, just what I needed.
However, my appointment was for 12pm, it was about 12:07 of me going to the massage room and it was about 12:14 that the actuall massage started. That didn’t bother me in any way as i had nothing important to do on that day. It was a 30 minute massage for £25, however, when she started the massage at 12:14pm, she was done by 12:30, so my massage didn’t last 30 minutes. I was very dissappointed that my massage only lasted about 15 minutes, and I was not impressed that I still had to pay full price!
