Wish I could less than 1 Star. I got my nails done there yesterday .I  left utterly disappointed & unhappy with the job that was done. Again I made an appointment, so didn’t just walk in. First of all the woman was always on her phone and did not talk hardly at all. Her demeanor was very rude and unpleasant as pretty much all the stuff who works there. She did not touch my cuticles or did any kind of manicure with this which I would have paid for I obviously needed one. Polish is not covering the entire nail on the edges and he did not have me rinse my hands after filling, just painted the gel over the rough areas. She was very rough with pushing my hands around. Just did a very poor and careless job  They do not look good and I will have to get these done again elsewhere Which i am not pleased with. I will be reviewing you all on all sites and platforms I can find.

It was terrible from the minute we walked in. Booked an appointment for an infill in advance but did not get seen until an hour later. Served by 3 different nail techs each varying in confidence massively. One of the nail techs shouted at a customer that came in when they didn’t hear her. I asked for square and got coffin because she felt it would look ‘nicer’. I am the customer who has to walk around with the nails so this was very frustrating. Barely any communication with the staff about waiting times, designs and prices were made up on the spot. All around a terrible experience and I will not be going there again. If the customer service was good then I could excuse the mishap with the nails but it was absolutely awful. 0/5 if I could.

Came in for a set of acrylic infills done by multiple members of staff, one was loose from underneath & so I came in the next day to which the manager put some glue under it & I was forced to come back the next day to have it re-done. When I came back the next day, I was told to wait which ended up being 1 & a half hours of waiting for them to fix one nail which I was not pre-warned about. I paid £32 for these infills for multiple people to do one set of nails, wait for 1 hour & a half to have one nail fixed & both times my nails were left in acetone for over 20 minutes & she was asking why my nail beds were damaged! I’ve previously had great experiences but now will not be going back again as I don’t think this is acceptable & when I said something, the manager said ‘well it was busy’. She definitely could’ve told me that it was going to be a long wait as all the workers had just started their nails. Unacceptable service, very disappointed where previously this was my favourite place.

After 2 days nails started to chip off!!!! Then they told me to come in the next 3 day to fix my nails. I came in and they argued with me in front of others in the shop and refused to redo my nails after making come from my home to redo them. Disgusting! NEVER go there they are very rude and unprofessional. If i could give 0  i would!Services:&nbsp;Hand &amp; foot massages

Guy was rough and yanked my arms around, made my finger bleed, both pinkie nails are wonky, and charged me 3 quid extra because I wanted different colours on different nails. not a feature nail, just different colours. I'm sorry to have to give a bad review but it's the truth
