Had a good time here seeing Toy Story 5 in the MAXX screen, but I have one question, how come there's only 2 showings a day in both normal and MAXX screens? Is the cinema not popular with customers?nnAlso another question, will Jackass: Best & Last be screening at Omniplex Omagh from June 26th?
**31/05**nnThere were large groups of teenagers inside the theatre who appeared not to have paid for tickets. They spent the entire film throwing food, shouting, burping, flashing phone cameras, kicking seats, and generally making as much noise as possible. They showed no interest whatsoever in watching the movie.nnI would estimate that around 50% of the people in the screen had not paid, as many were constantly moving from seat to seat whenever ticket holders arrived and claimed their assigned seats.nnThe two staff members on duty were polite, professional, and did their best to deal with the situation. Their customer service was excellent. The real issue lies with the management decisions that leave two young employees trying to run an entire cinema at 8pm on a Sunday night.nnOmniplex should take responsibility and hire security to prevent this behaviour from continuing. 0 chance I will be back to this cinema.
The Omniplex Cinema is grand. They have different regular sized theatres and a large MAXX screen with a brilliant sound system the combines to excite all your senses so that you feel like you’re inside the film itself. The experience is well worth the extra prices.nnThey also have an arcade area, lounge area and separate restaurants co-located next door.nnThe staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. It’s best to prepay and select your seating online. Then, all you have to do is walk in and scan your QRC. If you prepaid for refreshments, they still only need to scan your code.nnOverall, a splendid experience. The one caveat is that in central seating in the MAXX, the ceiling was leaking water during rain. They were already aware of it. It was good to be wearing waterproof trousers at the time because it was a 3 hour film.
Very rude unhelpful staff. Just seemed to grunt to you. First time here and I won't be back. Had to speakto one of the cleaning girls about to the way she spoke to me. He response wad that she was mad at one of her colleagues as if that was an excuse.
The Best Big Cinema of Omagh, because of the appearance of Screens, The Divils Ice Cream tastes so great, and this place has lots of leisure stuff. My favourite Screen is 5 & 2.
