Went to the Cinema for the first time in months. Since when do you have to pay extra to sit at the back ?? Ridiculous, prices are extortionate. Large coke and popcorn nearly £10

The show is soposed to start at 1730, and now is 1740 and we are watching advertise... we just did not pay to watch this.  We were here before 1730, so @15 min advertise that we did not asked for and don't want.

I have always loved going to this cinema but this time I went for my birthday with a friend  that I haven't seen in so long. We were watching the movie We didn't even get through 20 minutes before we were told to get out. We got kicked out for no reason some people had reported that we were throwing popcorn and chicken nuggets, and some people in front of us said that we werent doing anything then she kicked them out to, I said to the woman I wanted to see the footage but she refused and still kicked us out meanwhile my friend was having a panic attack because the woman kept shouting and swearing at us and she was shouting at us to get out and she wasn't going to give me my money back, I work hard for money I earn to go to the cinema. The manager kept swearing at me and my friend we are only 15 and the manager kept swearing at us and she wouldn't give me my money back after I asked so I said I would be staying then she started swearing in my face again, even after I had showed her what was in my bag she still believed that I was throwing chicken nuggets and popcorn. I had to get my mother in to get my money back I highly recommend not going to this cinema from the way I was treated disgustingly, but the other people didn't get kicked out after we had said that they were throwing stuff at us. Just for standing up for myself and friends we are now banned.

This cinema has rapidly went down hill. Dirty now. The movie started 30 minutes late with no explanation. Toilets were dirty. Give it a miss from now on.

Cinema is fine. The popcorn doesn't taste great though - pretty tastless.nSame for the hot nuts should change to sahara brand.
