Visited here with my youngest child the staff were super helpful and friendly it was early in the day so cinema was quiet not many people in our screen so was great the food was not brilliant but that's to be expected with cinema food so can't complain the two staff really were excellent so that stood out to me and what made me write this review
We have the omnipass so frequent regularly. Only issue is the floors are really sticky for some reason
Great local cinema with comfortable seating and great staff.
Disappointed on my most recent visit to be honest. Accessing our tickets, snacks etc was all fine and speedy and the staff were pleasant especially the young lad who directed us to our screen but the actual theatre smelled pretty bad. Faint wiff of vomit and the smell you get in bars with carpet after countless things were spilled on it. Maybe needs a deep clean? Most disappointing part tho was the fact the cinema turned the lights on as soon as the first credit hit the screen - this particular movie had a special message at the end which required people to remain in their seats but they took lights on as a sign to leave and there was only 6 of us left. The message was profound and explained some context in terms of the movie. The movie was Sound of Freedom. I have heard from other theatre goers in other towns were the lights didn't come on until after the message. Might seem like a mute point but experience the movie in it's totality and you will understand why it was incredibly frustrating!
