Penni was amazing and quickly got to the root of my problem after a thorough examination. Penni provided some very helpful advice and remedies for recovery. Her expert knowledge will no doubt ensure that my body is back to tip top condition in the not too distant future!
Great start to my treatment. Jackie got right to the problem and was very understanding and informative. I left feeling confident that I would be able to work towards a solution that would enable me to progress independently. Looking forward to the next session.
Friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to be treated by Moira. Extremely thorough and keen to track down the cause of my problems, which she did. Fabulous experience with the consultation. Totally, understood what was explained to me. Having convinced myself I would be needing a knee replacement, having had a left hip replacement September 2020 and having suffered with pain in my right shoulder and knee ever since , I now feel confident this will not be the case as yet. Penni Griffin assessed my body and has given me some exercises. Worked on parts of my right and left below my waist. Definitely, not an aromatherapy message. When I arrived home, I slept for a couple of hours to rest my body. Feeling more upbeat with the plan on going forward and feel with the help of Penni, I’ll be walking tall again with far better balance and strength. It won’t be a quick fix but, happy that I feel as though I am going to feel so much better. Thank you to Holly Moffit, for arranging this first appointment and thank you Penni for giving me hope.
As well as expert treatment in-house, Moira offers very specific information on how to manage continuing self-care at home. Her explanations are really helpful in detailing exactly how and why certain exercises will help... makes it easier to remember! Thank you Moira!!
