Bream tapenade was beautifully cooked In their pizza oven my friend had the chicken and also enjoyed it. Staff here are very welcoming. The only down side to the restaurant is the doorway which didn't close automatically so if customers came in and didn't physically shut the door themselves you were left cold quite quickly. All in all I would recommend the restaurant and would be nice to see them expand with more space
Superb restaurant. Delicious, freshly prepared local food served with friendliness and with a smile. Cannot recommend highly enough and will return soon I hope. A gem!
Absolutely wonderful meal and service here. Family of four and a dog so we sat outsidem. Exceeded all expectations of grabbing some lunch in the local town we are away in our motorhome Food and service 10/10
Amazing little find!We has a superb lunch. Food was delicious!Staff couldn't do enough for us and special mention to the young lady who was our waitress. So polite, professional and most of all friendly, creditto the Olive Tree!!Would highly recommend. Reasonably priced, plenty of variety, even if you're not a fan of fish!!Lovely atmosphere.
I really enjoyed my meal at the Olive tree. The venue is well situated on the main street and has a good selection of tables. The menu is concise but not too restrictive. My starter of breads with dips wasn't the best but sufficed. The main however, Rock Bass with vegetables and potatoes was beautiful. The fish was cooked perfectly and tasted devine. The vegetables were al dente, which is just how I like them. All served with a lovely buttery sauce. Desserts were large, sweet and satisfying. Finally the wine selection was reasonably priced and well suited to the menu.
Extremely good food. Varied menu. The staff are attentive without being all over you. Free parking after 6pm in the public car park opposite.
Delicious sea bass, super fresh and perfectly cooked. Happy service and knowledgeable owner all helped make this spontaneous lunch with Antiques roadshow legend Paul Atterbury really memorable.
What a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and knowledge, the food was truly amazing. The best meal we have had for a long time and I mean it. I would highly recommend trying this extraordinary little restaurantFood: 5/5
We had our Anniversary meal here. We recommend the seafood spectacular. Staff and service were excellent.would highly recommended
Fantastic food at this restaurant catering for a wide variety of tastes. We were a table of 6 ranging from 4 to 64 with teenagers in between. We had fresh juicy Moroccan prawns in tasty sauce that our whole party had as a starter and thoroughly enjoyed. For main courses we had pizzas, pasta, fish and pork belly. Nothing was left. We even managed to squeeze in deserts , the dark chocolate torte with mango sorbet was a winner for me. The waiting staff were friendly and very helpful. It's not cheap but considering the quality of the food and preparation it's worth every penny. Will most definitely recommend
