Just collected our order from here today! Absolutely disgusting. I ordered marinated chicken tikka with rice. Chicken was dry burnt and hard! Unable to eat! So had a lovely rice pitta!! Which cost me £7.00!!!! My other half got mixed kebab on pitta - again all meet burnt, dry apart from Donna meat! We go here often! As get the specials but after this experience it's a NO!!!
Ordered last night. Burgers were disgusting. Wedges with cheese could not eat and ordered burger sauce and got sea food sauce. Never again will I order. What a waste of money. If I could give zero stars I would Reply to your reply. U want to taste your food then. Do you want to bring it back so u can see for your self
Last week, I ordered online for delivery at 18:30, choosing the ASAP option which said "by 20:30". Half eight came, but I gave them ten minutes to deliver, even though I was only a 6 minutes drive away. No car right now, otherwise I would have picked it up. I called The Olive Garden at exactly 20:40 and the girl on the phone mentioned it would be with the delivery man shortly - zero apology and implying that my food was being packed up soon. My order arrived at 21:12 still no apology so over half an hour after I spoke with her. It doesn't take a genius to work out that they forgot my order and quickly cooked up a margarita pizza/nuggets and sliced some kebab meat off the spit, once I had hung up. Unacceptable service - yes it was a Saturday, but over 2.5 HOURS WAIT for a simple order is just shameful. And that's not including the lie/fobbing off. So disappointing.
Since previous review no problems, as stated in that review this place is usually consistently good like 99% of the time, hence the shock when they do get it a bit wrong, top food ive had 2 from here this weekend both perfect
Absolutely rubbish! 3 hour wait for a delivery, was told 1 hour which I accepted but 3 hours I waited. Food is very average. Staff rude when you phone up to chase and delivery driver was aggressive and threatened me. Never again!
A nice clean shop , pizza had way too much chilli and the chicken kebab that was supposed to be a tikka was burnt to a crisp, fourteen people looking very busy doing very little, staff were friendly enough but a half hour for a pizza n kebab is a bit much imoFood: 3/5
After waiting over two hour again food arrives freezing cold!! Don't know what's going on a weekend but the food is horrible compared to the pizza's you get during the week...
The last four times iv been in been told that my order will be aroud 15 mins. 20 30 40 minutes late give excuse sorry for got to put your on. Sorry we have been non stop. Sorry you normally order something different so didn't think it was yours sat there for 20 minutes. Seem to be only a Sunday night things get done right. And the chicken is a mix of charcoal and burnt dry chicken.
Went into the shop last night at cobblers hall to grab something for me and my little boy. Only ordered a chicken wrap and some chicken nuggets with chips. When ordering wasn’t told anything about a wait time ect. Ended up waiting over 40 minutes and people who had order after me got their food first. After finally getting our food I was again very disappointed. The chicken wrap was stone cold with three small pieces of chicken in it that were slightly burnt, rock hard and dry. I have a feeling that the wrap had been prepared first after ordering then sat to the side for the whole time while the nuggets were being cooked. Definitely won’t be visiting again not worth the wait.
Order some a meal deal had a cheese garlic bread with 2 wraps and payed extra to have dinner meat on it .my delivery came not dinner meat on garlic bread so phone up to complain .but then when I Sat down to eat it the garlic bread not cook it was still doughy and the wrap not nice waste of 17 pounds .the only good thing was the dinner meat that they drop of that they left of the garlic bread .use to be nice food and normal a regular customer not now .what has happened to the place
