Amazing Kobedas and chips and burgers and pizzas. Excellent price and fresh food. Parking is relatively easy too. When busy hard to sit inside. One of my favourite kebab places. Can’t wait to go again.Food: 5/5
Came in through the front door was greeted with warmth, even managed to have a real conversation with the member of staff who was serving me, who was genuinely concerned and interested in my woes which made me feel like a valued customer, he even spoke to my father over the phone to make sure his order was what he wanted. Now thats what a place to eat should be like. Visit soon it's definitely worth it! Vegetarian options: A menu that gives an option of meat based products and also vegetarian options of dishes. Dietary restrictions: Asked me before I ordered, also reminded me of what the dish contained as to keep me informed of ingredients that may differ from my dietary requirements.
What can I say about this place the Chicken Shawarma is definitely the best in the Oldham/Manchester area without a doubt also the Kobedas are the best I've ever tastedno greasy back taste the Lamb is always nice and soft not chewy like most places there's too much to mention as real effort is made to prepare all menu items to a high standard I'll say the Salad is always fresh and I'll just add how nice the Lamb Doner is as well as the Chicken Burgers all the food is made to order so really is as fresh as you get which I really do appreciate. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond whilst preparing your food so you get the highest quality that can be achieved the prices are also very reasonable for the quality of food they serve also they take hygiene very serious as the place is always spotless. If you've not been to Oldham Star give it a try you will not be disappointed and you will be kicking yourself for not trying it sooner. You could argue this is the best takeaway in Manchester which I think it is. Cheers guys
Always been a great Kebab Shop. Food's always fresh, but I find the menu is fairly limited. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.Food: 4/5
The delivery took over 1hr and 10 mins and they took the piss after saying the location at least 4 times they said "ThE DriVEr WAs ThEre" the pizza was cold and hard, wouldnt recommend going to this place paid £24 for the pizza and wasn't that good.
What can I say apart from fabulous! I want to try other items on their menu but the kebabs are that good that I would regret it if I went there and left without getting one of their kebabs. The kobeda is the best I've ever eaten and the chicken tikka is special, large portion size and tasty. A well run quality takeaway with a worthy excellent reputation!
Staff is very rude . They don't know price. Monday i bought pizza £7 Wednesday same pizza said £8 . Then another staff came very rude he said it's is £10. Never going again. All are fu,,,,,,,. Rude saff.it was very busy takeaway but now it's very quiet because bad staff and now bad food. Please don't waste money.
Meat pizza was good ,chicken and spicy lamb fatayer was amazing.will order again .
