Absolutely amazing visit & experience. The tour was brilliant. Our tour guide Phil & Ziggy were very knowledgeable, pleasant, and funny. They made the whole tour entertaining and enjoyable. It was good to see that Manchester United is inclusive & diverse. Thank you Manchester United for giving us an unforgettable experience.
We went on the tour of the stadium for my husband s birthday. I can highly recommend it for all Manchester United fans it was brilliant. The guide Ian was really knowledgeable. A fantastic visit many thanks
Amazing day with my partner and son, had a wonderful tour guide that had humour but gave us loads of history on man United. Engaged with all of us and made conversation with my son twice even though they was 42 people in our group. You can spend all day there taking in the atmosphere and getting lots of photo opportunities. Was lucky that the mega store had a sale on for the children's kits got one for my 11 year old my 4 year old for nearly half price. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Staff always there to help you from the shop to the museum and security was lovely always polite whilst checking your bags.
Fantastic experience for my 19-year-old Manchester United obsessed son. We purchased the hospitality suite tickets in Victoria Warehouse. Food was lovely, he enjoyed a lager before the match. He was gifted a Man Utd pin, pen, and signed birthday card. Super close seats for the match, literally 4 rows from pitch side. He had an amazing time. Thank you to Ian in hospitality for being so helpful when booking the tickets.
Absolutely fantastic. This is by far one of the best stadiums I have ever been to in terms of shop, history, service, tour and connections. The tour is very nice considering the fact you can go inside the stadium and look at it. There is also a ,Munich Tunnel’ containing the history of Manchester United including the great loss in 1958. The shop is well equipped with loads of souvenirs, clothes, Jerseys and stuff. I really enjoyed it and it was nice.
Finally stepping foot into Manchester United Football Club was like a dream come true after being a loyal supporter for over 25 years. Leaving Nigeria just to see the stadium was a surreal experience. Though I couldn't stay for the next match, I'm determined to return for a live game. Every penny spent was worth it, and I'm already counting down the days until my next visit
As a family, we went on a Tour of the grounds and museum. This is by far the best experience I could have wished for as my first visit to Old Trafford. The stadium is not as run down as the media make out...yes it needs a few bits sorted here and there, but it's a fabulous piece of history. The guides took us on a fabulous whisk around in around 75mins...and disabled access to locations were not an issue. This is built far VERY disabled friendly as there were 2 that required assistance on the group. The guides were fabulous and great interaction with the kids too. I've a few photos of the museum and grounds included ... Not to spoil this too much for avid visitors!
Went there for a Premier league match vs Sheffield utd. Had an amazing time, very beautiful stadium, peaceful atmosphere and pleasant staff. Prices are a bit steep for food 5 gbp for what they call a hot-dog seems way too much. You can buy drinks water, soda, beer, cider and place bets on the match. Good crowd management, got in and out of the stadium very fast. Toilets are clean. The team won, so it was good There are vendors selling memorabilia outside pricey a bit - 15 gbp for a scarf... One negative thing is that public transport was difficult to find after the match, there were 100+ of us waiting 1h+ for nus that never came..
An absolute dream to come here! Only been to one game after watching from America for 20 years. Stadium staff were super helpful, the atmosphere was amazing, and the tour was also a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Fantastic tour and banter from the tour guide. Really detailed explanations and the views of Old Trafford inside and out are spectacular. Sadly they don't let you go on into the grass but nonethless, remember to book your tickets in advance! Great team and great vibes!
