I moved to the area just over a year ago and have been delighted with the standard of service from all GPs in this practice with ongoing medical problems. I've been seen face to face when required and had virtual appointments and nurse appointments. Honestly it's like a breath of fresh air. Congratulations to all staff including reception nursing GPs and other support services
have had to contact the surgery for my grand daughter who is 17months and recently had a lot of sickness. all the GPs have been prompt to call back and also review her the same day. All the GPs have taken our concerns seriously and been very reassuring. Brilliant service in these difficult times
The Doctors are excellent. The difficulty is getting to speak to them. It can take literally hundreds of attempts to be put through to an operator, this is very stressful especially if you're unwell. I know resources are stretched but there's bound to be ways of making this more customer friendly.
It's tough trying to navigate through the system and getting to speak to a doctor, but persistence pays off. My concern is my referral to ENT Antrim hospital, who have just told me not to expect an appointment for 5 years! I'm afraid NHS has collapsed in N. Ireland.
Can never get through on the phone, doctors happy to write some ailments off as "untreatable" despite the same ailment being successfully treated at another practice. Only positive the surgery has is Dr Bradley, seems to be the only one who cares
Having to call 40 times in a row from 08h30 to scramble to get an appointment is ridiculous. I've been needing a cholesterol test for over a week and cannot get an appointment.
Been trying to get through for over a week now, why the heck have you still not got extra staff to answer the phones. 440 odd times I've have tried to call this morning and can't get through. It is like this everyday!!!!! Everyone keeps saying speak to my doctor, yeah right, absolute joke
Doctors are great, their phone system is horrific. Been calling for 3 days and I'm yet to be connected.
The fact that you have to call between 8.30 and 9 for an appointment is a travesty, answering phones is literally the receptionists only job, so what are they doing the rest of the day picking their arses??
Numerous times tried calling from 8.30am and constantly get engaged line. Eventhough I continue to call, hang up, call hang up, I can not get through. When I do get through, there are no longer appointments. A new calling system needs to be introduced where you call and get placed in a queue.
