A charming place where to be. I live very close so this pub comes handy for a chilled drink in total relax. I find it to be a proper local Irish pub, it's tiny and welcoming and I love the wooden interiors and the outside area. Staff is gentle and friendly. Prices are fine and selection of drinks is plenty. Defensively my favourite around where I live. Recommended.

A small and inviting country pub, but in the city. Exceptionally friendly owner and staff, in a relaxed unpretentious atmosphere. It’s on a fairly quiet lane tucked behind the Royal Hospital Museum of Modern Art grounds and is the perfect place to escape to for drinks outside on a sunny afternoon, or inside on a winter’s evening.
What a great find!! Quaint. Local. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very close to the Kilmainham Gaol tour. Very friendly staff. Cold beer!
