Terrible and rude - they have no consideration for other people's time or customer service skills. I called in advance and booked a wedding consultation to discuss wedding flowers. I booked a date and time to attend for the consultation. When we arrived, I told them I was there for the consultation and the lady didn't even acknowledged this.  She simply said what kind of flower centrepieces do you want? I asked her if she said photos of examples and she said no. I said I don't know I was hoping she could help us with that. She simply said no we have to tell her exactly what we want. So I had to find a photo of Google and show her then she said that would be £500 per centrepiece for the table! She literally glanced at the photo which she forced me to find and gave a ridiculous price. We have been to many consultations and none of them have been this unhelpful or such a waste of time like this. We were so confused as to why she was acting this way so we left. It was truly ridiculous. It was as if she just wanted us to leave and couldn't be bothered to have a real consultation. They don't value people's time whatsoever. I had actually travelled for quite a while in order to get there because I thought it was going to be a real consultation. I would recommend completely avoiding this company.

In regards to the comments you have left in response to my review, this is a service in which people leave genuine reviews so that other potential customers have an oversight of your business. I didn't want other customers to waste their time travelling to your store just to be treated so rudely. I think your lack of professionalism in your response truly shows your level of service and only goes to prove what I have said about the store is true. I did have a consultation booked on the phone with one of your staff. It is disappointing that you would outright lie to try to salvage your business reputation.

I asked Old Oak to prepare a floral set for my Nan's funeral. It was delivered exactly as required to the funeral parlour and on time. The flowers and design were amazing, well crafted and gorgeous flowers and the note I had written was hand written by their staff, which was a nice touch. I ordered this online as I live abroad and came back for the funeral and it was appreciated to receive such a good service for an important and difficult occasion. Would definitely recommend.
