I bought a Transit Connect from Jonathan at Old Mill Lane Garage and it was great from the start. Jonathan sorted the finance very quickly and got the van fully serviced with a timing belt that I ask for, nothing was an issue. Delivery was also sorted quickly. I had the van for a week and there was an issue with the gearbox. Something the garage wouldn't have known about So Jonathan organised getting the van back from South Wales to Manchester to go into Ford to be inspected. A new gearbox was needed so Jonathan gave me the option of having my money back or get the gearbox changed. I wanted the van so he agreed to pay for the gearbox to be changed at ford. Jonathan was on the phone updating me throughout the whole process and was extremely helpful. As soon as the van was done he got it delivered with no fuss. I just don't think you'd get the level of service I had from many other dealers. Id 100% recommend Old Mill Garage! Thanks again for the top quality service Jonathan
Excellent service throughout, dealt with any problems I had minor issues with the vehicle as quickly as he could fit it in, no quibble. I dealt with Jon all the way through and he made it very easy with his friendly banter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and when the time comes for my next vehicle I'll be right back there.
