Great pub. Friendly, efficient staff kept the interior and exterior like an old mill. Didn't eat, but food coming out of kitchen looked really nice. Great pints.

One of my first pub in Ireland. I get here for a birthday party. Booked the table one month before for the party. Get in for the party at 5:00 PM. HAVE A GREAT TIME IN OLD MILL. Great food, great drinks, great music and great live music. Get out from party at 2:15 AM. Every one should try here once for a party. Great food too...i will be back here for sure.
I have never been so humiliated in my life as I was by this pub. I went to take a friend of mine who had drunk too much in a taxi and in the meantime there was a mix-up between the security guards and other people and they did not allow me to return. My girlfriend and friends came to intervene for me and were thrown out too. I have never been so discriminated against in my life as I have been by this pub. I don't recommend a place like this to anyone that doesn't listen to its customers and doesn't care about them.
Very disappointed there was no vegan options for the restaurant. There was one vegan dish. I asked the waitress to ask the chef what's in it, and they said there's honey and oyster sauce in it. That's not vegan. Ended up just having a sh**ty salad and chips. Very disappointing and ruined my meal. Not going back.
I got food poisoning yesterday with roast beef and mashed potatoes. I tasted potatoes and gravy was not fresh at all but was very hungry after work. I should have returned it. The chefs are really talented. To spoil the most simple food and serve it to customers? They must do not have an honor at all. Another shame was a cheese cake. Tasteless mascapone on biscuits, called cheesecake. If it happens again , I will bring your food to Safety food authorities .
The pandemic have hit hard the bartenders. They ignore you and take time to serve if you are a woman. I paid cash and didn't get my change back. Gave 10 euro for a Heineken shandy I approached again the same bartender but he ignored to serve me the 2nd time. Instead he went around to his co-bartender in a corner, he got a bottle of coke and served himself. So I approached them and say, "are you on your break & he immediately got into his post. I ordered a pint of Heineken shandy and a coke. He slammed the shandy infront of me and asked me to pay, but I said where is the coke? Gave me a bottle of coke without a glass and ice. Then I tapped my card. He said to me don't come over here again because you won't be served. I laughed and said, stop that attitude because you didn't even give me my change earlier. And he said he did but he never did! Food is lovely and atmosphere but the bartender was a let down. He want to trade the 10euro for his job!
