Such a really lovely place for an excellent meal. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is plentiful and beautifully presented. I really like the spacious feel to this restaurant. Save room for pud, though, as they are as light as a feather and just delicious Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is spacious and well laid out. Plenty of easy access at tables.

Lovely place to have lunch! Been twice in one week as the Caesar salad was incredible!! So fresh, bursting with flavour & the dressing was spot on! Very friendly staff, lovely drinks and apple crumble for dessert was scrumptious. Generous portions but quality throughout. 10/10 recommend & also have a dog friendly area! Thanks a lot for the delicious food!
We came here for my parents anniversary meal and it was great. Everyone is very friendly and service is quick. Food was all very tasty and good quality, I had the chicken burger and did not need to have dinner later that day I was so full! While we went in the dead of winter I can imagine if you are there in the summer you would need to book a table as I would guess it’s very popular with visitors. Thanks again for a great meal
We visited here following a recommendation and weren't disappointed. The place is spotless and tastefully decorated and the team were so friendly and welcoming to both us and our 2 great danes. Needless to say they are very dog friendly! Our meals were delicious too and we will definitely return when we are in the area again. Highly recommend.
It was our first visit today and what an experience it was! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the host and was seated at a lovely area outside with our dog. We ordered the Sunday dinner which was excellent and also had the desert too. The staff from start to finish were very polite and obliging, they couldn’t do enough for you.. We will definitely be back.
If you’re in the are this is a MUST!!! The owner couldn’t be more accommodating and the food was Absolutely amazing as was the service! Turns out it’s my friends auntie and uncle that own it and we didn’t know! Can’t wait to come back already!
Lovely gem of a place, easy walk from the beach. Good menu selection catering for all options, including us non meat eaters. Good range of pescatarian choices and proper portion sizes. Even more important is it's completely dog friendly, inside and out, with bowls of fresh water amd plenty of fusses to be had. Definitely recommend.
Eddie and Joanne have spent a fortune on the Old Forge over the last 2 years and deserve to do very well. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I had fish and chips. I normally do not like mushy peas, but the Old Forges were really nice. Visiting Bridlington, then you must pay the Old Forge a visit
A great place to eat and drink inside or out. Fantastic food at great price, warm and welcoming staff. Glad it was recommended to us and will be a regular. Thanks Eddie and team. 14/11/21. Went for a revisit for Sunday lunch, we have eaten in some lovely good quality places but this beats them all hands down. Food, service, surroundings and atmosphere second to none. Brilliant friendly staff. Love it
