The stars go to the nurses and physio who are simply amazing and redeem this place.nAs for the doctors, I am sure they are also lovely and amazing at their job, I just have never been able to see one yet. It's been 3 years since covid, and for some reason they are still sticking with the utterly ridiculous system of having to phone between 8:30 and 10:30am for a GP appointment. For those of us in jobs where it's very difficult to find any time to use a personal phone, this is utterly distressing. And even when you do manage to ring in, you speak to the receptionist who takes down details and says a doctor will ring you back. And when you explain that you can only take calls after work which for some of us is luckily a comfortable 15:30, they tell you oh they normally do the calls in the morning!!! This not only makes no sense, but it raises questions.nWell, I cannot take calls at any time during the day due to my work. This system is beyond stupid, it's actually harmful. I could have a deadly issue and the surgery are essentially refusing to provide primary care. Utterly appalling.nSo, for nurse or physio care, absolutely go to this surgery, the nurses and physio are brilliant. For GP care, I'm also sure the doctors are brilliant, but don't even consider enrolling here if your job does not allow personal phone calls during the day.
