A fantastic business to deal with who bent over backwards to ensure we got the right fireplace and to make sure we were 100% happy - Jo bent over backwards at a busy time of year for us so thank you very much indeed. Our fireplace and surround are of fantastic quality and look excellent fitted. Highly recommended.

We experienced a really fantastic service - from the outset, Jo and her colleagues were very responsive, professional and straight forward to work with. They have a great attention to detail and offer a very professional fitting service - they obviously know their stuff! Over the festive period, we have enjoyed sitting by our lovely open fire on a stunning hob grate - thanks very much Old Flames!

Very happy customer. We bought two hob grates and some hearths and Old Flames organised fitting of these and some other work. We are very happy with the results. The company was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Our Georgian hob grate was installed yesterday and looks fantastic. Jo worked out all the dimensions long distance and everything fits perfectly with good proportions. It looks as though it has always been there. I received excellent advice every step of the way. Jo is not only very knowledgable, she is also friendly and extremely patient! The installer she recommends did a first class job. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
