Food is typical cheap Greene King chain fayre. Let's down one of the most beautiful pubs in the country. Decided to go to the ferry boat this evening, what a disappointment yet again, after really bad service on several occasions before and complaining to the manager, I thought we would get decent service this evening with what we ordered, how wrong could I be, there was a issue with the electricity going off, which was to do with the fuse box, so sat there with my coat on trying to eat my  meal while it was going cold, because the door was left open, other customers by this time were leaving the pub... complained to the manager and he really didn't care..
  Can't see me going back, which is a shame as the pub is lovely, just the management has no idea of customer service!

Lovely couple of night stay here, nice clean accomodation and comfortable bed. Good food, ales and location. Will use again

Old inn, good atmosphere and good food, although it has changed hands a lot in the last few years.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the Old Ferry Boat. It is very old and supposed to be haunted, although we didn't encounter the ghost. Breakfast was very nice and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
