Always been intrigued by these Diners up and down the A1M. Finally got the opportunity to stop and try one out today. Staff were really friendly and attentive, food was good and the portions were generous. The menu had all the usual suspects, all-day breakfast, burgers, club sandwiches and a big dessert menu as well! The decor and seating give it an authentic diner feel. Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options in each section.
Always a safe and tasty stop when on a long journey. The Ladies are friendly and polite and the food is plentiful and good value for money.Food: 5/5
Decided to have a quick pit stop on they was back from London. We had eaten earlier in the day but chose to get something to share, we got the chicken strips with fries. It was massive, tasted great with a fantastic dip. I also got a banana milkshake which was also just massive. Had at least 2 refills with what was left in the mixing pot. Music was great sticking with the American theme. Would 100% come eat here for a proper meal. Left a tip for them.
Firstly the service was very good, and I was promptly shown to my seat, I ordered a coffee with free refills and a club sandwich, total cost was £15.95. the food was ok nothing special tbh with only 1 rasher of bacon on my Club and a lot of lettuce and tomato, with two average sized pieces of chicken. However what I did find concerning was the amount of Bluebottle Flies in the eating area along with the two squashed on the window at eye level. I did point this out to a lady who I think was the duty manager and she informed me that it was a problem but they were unable to do anything about it. I found this surprising as in every other roadside diner I've never seen this issue before. To me it would indicate unsanitary conditions in some areas either in or around the building ! This is a chain that populates a few service areas on the A1 and I will not be revisiting any of them again.

Food and service was great. Could have made more of atmosphere. Could hardly hear music and was put in corner next to other family even though place was empty.Food: 4/5
Stopped for a quick bite with our dog. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff to take our order of burger & chips. As it was a bit chilly, we asked if we could sit in the entrance hall in a corner with our well-behaved dog whilst we ate, but was told we could not so had to eat outside. The food was ok.
When ever we come to see our friend in Manchester we stop here for breakfast . Amazing food super service very polite staff and gorgeous food . The only thing which we noticed was that they used top your drink up for nothing but still would thoroughly recommend it for any age group young or old Vegetarian options: Yumyum Kid-friendliness: Amazing
I stopped for a bit to eat. The service was friendly. Food was a mix of burger bar with a few other dishes as well. Lots of cheese. Clean and comfortable. A little cramped in places.
The Billionaire milkshake was amazing - enough for two! The burger was so tasty and cooked to perfection and the staff were very friendly and helpful too. A great place to go when you're hungry...Food: 5/5
