We've just had a 2 night stay and really enjoyed it. The hotel is lovely, staff are very polite and helpful. breakfast was a very nice with plenty of choice, our room was quite small and stuffy but it didn't spoil our stay and we look forward to staying at the Offshore again in the near future.
Have just stayed here for 1 night, trip to see the illuminations. Cannot fault it at all, yes you can see that it's had a refurbishment last year so can't comment on what it was like before. We arrived earlier than check in but was told our room was ready, this was great as it gave us extra time to have a wander around after unpacking and to find somewhere to eat. Perfect location, 10 mins away in the car from the south end of Blackpool. A 10 minute walk to the centre of St Annes and a lovely walk along the promenade and pier right in front. Rooms clean and ensuite shower and toilet spotless. We had booked a classic double, rooms are slightly more spacious, expected a double bed but two singles put together which made a good king-size bed. Though we didn't pay for a seaview and we were at the back, still had a decent amount of light coming into the room. Plenty of sockets, and charging points on either side of the bed. Good size tv on the wall right in front of the bed. Tea, coffee, decaff sachets too and biscuits in case your a little peckish. Situated right on the front, limited parking in hotel car park but free parking on the front a limited set time between 6pm and 10am the following morning however, 50 yards either side of the hotel side roads are free. Breakfast is good, a good choice of continental and English breakfast, though cooked breakfast may be a little smaller for the bigger appetite. After seeing the illuminations we headed back to the hotel for a bite to eat, meals served till 9pm, food was excellent. Staff are friendly, helpful and the manager especially very informative, also has a good sense of humour. For anyone who has a four legged family member this hotel caters for them with dog friendly food too!nWill definitely return when we next visit the Fylde Coast.
Offshore is a gem hiding in plain sight, it is spacious and extremely clean, the management and staff are fantastic, i was sat at the table and asked if my food was fine i said yes it was lovely, could do with a bit more custard, next thing a jug of custard appeared, the staff couldnt do enough, unfortunately i didnt get the lovely bar girls name, she had black hair in plaites, and the manager with the long beard, were both brilliant .nnThe room we had was an accessible room, it was clean and well decorated, the bathroom was massive and the shower powerful, the bed extremely comfy.nnBreakfast in the morning was in the bar, the guy who ran the breakfast was really friendly and helpful, the choice was excellent, from pancake makers to fresh orange squeezing machine, and breakfast is included in the price... outstanding value for money.nnWe will be back as our accommodation and staff made our holiday.
Stayed for one night. Everything was perfect. Clean modern room, a bit stuffy as the window only slightly opens as the room was on high level. Fab breakfast and great location only a few minutes walk into St annes. We loved the terrace at the front and the range of drinks available. We weren't able to use the hotel car park as it was full but there is a street along the side where parking is free. We would definitely stay here again.
Spent two nights at this clean well presented hotel with my dog. Dogs so welcome staff kind and lovely some of the younger male staff need a bit more training as they made a few mistakes. Food very nice lovely downstairs bar relaxing and very tastefully decorated I will stay at this venue again enjoyed so much by myself and my dog. Good luck with this new venue.
