The managers and staff at Paddas Newsagents in Harlow were very rude and intimidating today. I queued up and honestly waited my turn to collect my parcel but the staff members were vulgar, rude, and offensive. They refused to hand over my parcel until I called the police on 911 and then they decided to cooperate. In a festive season like this it surprises me that Asian shop assistants can display such childish, threatening, and unfair behaviour to a young black woman.
