Superb haircuts, I've been coming here for more than 20 years, formerly with the fabulous Christopher Mann, and after his sad death, Linda took over and she does a great job every time - so why only 2 stars?  Since Mrs Mann died, the premises appear to be going steadily downhill, and at my most recent visit the salon was absolutely freezing, and dark and gloomy.  It was a really uncomfortable experience and I know that I was not the only client who had complained about this.  When I think how busy and buzzy Odette's used to be, and now it's almost empty maybe not so surprising considering the shivering temperatures.  So sad, just thankful Linda is still doing a brilliant job 5 stars.
