Love coming to the odeon, the isense is the way forward with cinema, the reclining chairs are comfy and a great way to watch film... the staff are friendly and love the nachos and ice blast... but the decor, tables and recliners are staring to become worn, for such a modern up to date cinema, this isn't the best look..you pay for ticket and food, 40 pound near enough, you shouldn't be having rips in the chairs... very disappointed with that...
Went to watch how to train your dragon last night and the experience was great. Shout out to Lloyd who was very customer friendly and helped me at the counter, he was the best and very patient with me, thanks so much for finding the green straws as well! Fantastic customer service and would highly recommend the place.
The owner must have hearing issues because when I left I had severe headaches due to the loudness of a movie. My god it’s stupidly loud. And we are here again tonight and it hasn't changed. The sound is too loud to the point where its very uncomfortable. Staff don't care and management don't listen. It has to be loud enough to vibrate Yr eardrums. Last time I visit this cinema.
Absolute rip off, food and drink extortionate, seats filthy and torn, tables damaged and sharp. Almost £20.00 a ticket is daylight robbery.
Took the kids yesterday to watch Lilo and Stitch. We all really enjoyed it. The staff were all amazing, and it was refreshing to be greeted by Reece, who not only was very professional but a genuinely nice and friendly guy. Keep up the good work Odeon
