I love the seats electric and the staff were so nice! One even helping a kid with a broken arm! If I could I would do 10 star’s experience but it’s worth it RECOMMEND FOR A GOOD CINAMA
Visited Stafford Odeon Luxe to experience the ISENSE screen, with the luxurious reclining seats.nWould highly recommend, very comfortable fully adjustable reclining seat including leg rest.nPlenty of space even with the seat fully extended, plenty of room for people to walk past in front with ease.nScreen view was perfect, even from the back where we were seated.nSound and picture quality were amazing.nThere is a nearby large multi-storey car park which is conveniently located.nWill definitely go again, but may wait for another special voucher discount offer as the tickets are rather expensive at full price.
The staff are wonderful, there were 3 members of staff yesterday afternoon unfortunately I didn't get their names but I just wanted to write how much I greatly appreciate their professionalism, patience and understanding with the whole situation. The people who work here are amazing and deserve the highest praise!
A delightful cinema experience with friendly and welcoming staff. Reclining leather seats with plenty of legs space to enhance your film going experience.nCertainly a long way from having to stand up when someone wants to get past this cinema makes everyone feel like a VIP without the VIP price tag
I have visited the Odeon on several occasions previously but I have to comment regarding the amazing staff this eveningnThe young man at the door assisted me & my two friends to our seats as he noticed they had walking sticks & the gentleman behind the counter was so helpful & friendlynWhat a great evening thanks to the staff & a very good film!
