Staff were great, facilities were good. Reason for the low score... 3 other patrons, constantly using their phones and vaping in front of us. Not sure if someone monitors the audience to stop this but no one came.
One of the comfortable recliner armchair seating Cinemas with excellent projection clarity and sound systems which are designed for impact! Access is easy with plenty of parking outside and disabled facilities in the auditorium. There is a wide range of snacks and drinks available however they are a bit pricey. Booking can easily be done on-line but it helps if you are familiar with the auditorium layout if you are disabled. The staff are very helpful and friendly so I recommend a visit to this local attraction. If you want a more immersive experience than a large wide screen TV you will find it here!
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Screens are mostly great, some seats need a bit of TLC due to having rips or broken but otherwise clean. Would recommend the monthly membership.
Staff are absolutely amazing, always smiling and eager to help out where and when required. Friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk inside. Very clean, toilets too. Will be returning soon for my next film....well done Odeon!!
My girlfriend booked us the luxury seats. They were great and worth paying the extra money. The cinema was very clean and the staff were friendly, especially Imogen Christian who served us our food. Edit *We recently visited another local cinema, the tickets were half the price of here but the soundproofing wasn't as good. So much so you could hear the film next door. Sometimes it pays to spend a bit more money. Also, they could do with an ATM because during our recent visit, their contactless payment system wasn't working and people were having to pay cash. Not everyone carries cash nowadays, and it would benefit the retail park if they did have an ATM.
Wow iv never been to a cinema this advanced and this comfy!! Such a great place to visit! It's a bit pricey but you definitely get your money's worth! Although the confectionery is slightly overpriced, the fact that there is a Costa is genius too, I do love a Hot drink while watching a movie, but most cinemas are pants with regards to hot drinks. On a separate note though, the kids absolutely loved their time, and iv never been so comfortable sitting for so long. It's definitely a place to go if you want to really treat someone or your kids.
Lovely cinema with fantastic screens however the seats in the iLuxe are a little cramped. Food selection is limited for such a big cinema however the ability to order in advance and collect is a lifesaver. Will definitely be returning.
its took ages to buy tickets on not working touch screen. no pringles,long wait for service due to they cook food. danger agresive people . 19.5.2024 on 19:20 screen 1. people smoked joints. all 3 hours hall smell like public toilets
It's an Odeon Luxe cinema so you get the luxury of recliner seats in every screen. Weather the seat works perfectly though is another story. There is also a 3D screen for certain movie listing which is nice. Overall the screens are kept reasonably clean throughout viewings. The toilets are reasonable clean but every now and then can be a bit unkept. Staff are friendly and helpful so overall a good experience. Definitely a big gap in standards between this cinema and Liverpool one indeed.
Great place to watch the new Deadpool film. Loads of leg room and reclining seats, very clean, and sound was perfect.
