Nice, clean, modern and comfortable cinema movie theater but it feels a little bit boring without any background music.nWe notice that customer service is not great, friendly or well trained in the UK it is much better in America. nMale server at Costa needs to be more welcoming to serve customers. He seems like he is not enjoying his job. Rushing and with hard face. Hope service in London gets friendlier next time we visit . Cheers
Went with my daughter. The film had captions. No notice of this during the booking process or on the tickets. Only six people in the cinema, nobody wanted captions. Nobody on the lower level. Had to go back to the Foyer to find someone. He were clueless and unwilling to find out how to switch off the captions. Evening ruined. Premier seats are practically the same as standard.
love going to the cinema and usually have a great time but on my recent visit, i sat down in my seat to find a bunch of toenail clippings on the floor so vile. so yep, the cinema could do with being a lot cleaner in general. felt gross sitting in my seat after experiencing that…
Myself and 2 friends went to see how to train your dragon my fave film of all time unfortunately our screen had blue lines all across it, the wonderful amber came into the screen and offered to move everyone into another screen, she also bought a large popcorn to our seats in the new screen for the inconvenience! Huge shout out at Amber, she was an absolute star
We booked for Screen 15. The recliner seats are very comfy but the whole place is looking very shabby. Leather worn off seats, control buttons not working properly. Need refurb, the tickets aren't cheap!
