Very helpful staff, I bought Sunday tickets for Inside Out 2 and took my kids on Saturday. Staff helped me and exchanged tickets to stop my kids get disappointed. Thanks. Suggested me good deals on food too. My experience here always very satisfying.
Our first visit. Sat nav took us to the wrong side of it and we ended up a 9 minute walk away. But that was OK. We had popcorn and drinks, popcorn was just a little bit stale, hotdog had by my husband was enjoyable. Drinks were massive which I was happy with, and thankfully not full of ice!! Not sure if staff have the opportunity to clean between viewings, but there was something chewed up and spat out in our cup holder, so we avoided using that one. As we left there was so much food and rubbish strewn across the floor, but that is down to the people in our viewing I suppose.
Used to visit this cinema on almost a weekly basis for many years. It's got very standard screens and seating, and this used to be reflected in the price. Unfortunately, they've really hiked up the prices in the last 3 years, and they are way too high now for what it is. Even worse, Odeon scrapped their rewards scheme around the time the prices started to go up here. Factor in the food prices which had always been high, and it really adds up now. I'm more likely to travel further and spend that money in better equipped venues instead. Probably the one draw they have left is that they screen a lot of Punjabi and Polish movies, and both of those communities are vast locally. Being of a Punjabi background myself, I am aware of Punjabi celebs visiting for premieres here once in a while. There's ample parking in the shopping centre car park. It's free after 6pm and all day Sunday. You can get 2 hours free if you spend over £5 at the nearby Tesco and request a parking voucher.
The staff are all ways so happy and helpful. Each visit is all ways a delight.
Went to see the Fall Guy after booking online. You can either order food/drink on screens and pay card or order at till and pay cash. A bit odd but ok. Standard cinema food prices but the large popcorn was definitely very large. The film experience was okay. Although people scattered wherever they please. Sound quality also doesn’t really compare to the likes of Showcase. Seats dated and uncomfortable. Also very odd arrangement with the back rows.
Our family loves going to the Odeon Cinema in West Bromwich. The atmosphere is fantastic, providing a perfect setting for a great movie night. The staff are incredibly friendly and always make us feel welcome. Whether it's the latest blockbuster or a family favorite, the experience is always enjoyable. The clean, comfortable seating and high-quality screens add to the overall pleasure. We highly recommend the Odeon Cinema in West Bromwich for a wonderful family outing!
Love going here with the kids, it's quiet and the service from the staff is always top tire. Hate going to the city centre and tired of always going Star City,West Bromwich is nice for a change. Food prices are a little too high, medium popcorn and drink for £10+ So I'll eat before we go next time or after, or take my own snacks in with me.
A nice cinema located in West Bromwich. Great customer service especially from a lady called Gina , she really went above and beyond . A credit to Odeon .
Very small and cramped. Nowhere to put drinks and food. Screen was damaged with visible marks throughout the film.
Terrible service as they kicked me out saying I wasn’t over 15 even though I had a parent present and I did my GCSEs last year.he was trying to say it was a compliment like bro is it a compliment at my age no it isnt Im not like over 20.if I’m being honest I think he was racist.he was wearing a Hawaiian shirt literally not professional at all.
