Not clean, smelled, rubbish every where. We were in screen 5 this was very small especially for a new released film. We complained about this (young lady was very nice) but she stated there was nothing that could be done. Will not be returning or recommending the cinema to anyone! !

OK, so it's not the newest cinema or the biggest you will visit, but the age of the place and the small screens make it feel more like a good old fashioned cinema experience. The tickets are reasonably priced compared to others in Worcester, so taking the family isn't going to cost as much as other places. The food is expensive (just like everywhere), but the staff are really nice and helpful. The place needs updating, (but so do I!) and despite all the negative things you could say, it's worth visiting. Go and try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Went to see The Last Jedi. Relatively cheap student prices & a decent screen. There had been a few issues with the previous showing so the screening was running late but the staff was so attentive and friendly. Kept us regularly updated & then skipped all ads/trailers when our screening started. When leaving every member of staff we walked past said bye and thank you. Would definitely go again.

Me and my boyfriend love films, and go often. Really good for a cheap movie night, but what makes it a gem is the staff. Specifically, the main male who serves us frequently. As well as this, it has a good variety of snacks, and we're always told about the deals. The cinema is in prime location opposite the train station and near the centre of town. 5 star, not necessarily luxury, but perfect for students and casual film goers.

Cheap and especially cheerful. The staff here are excellent, how many places say good bye to you when you're leaving? Great. Plus, they were playing Metallica's For Whom The Bell Tolls last Saturday in the foyer; that's a plus or a minus depending where you stand on 80s Bay Area thrash.
