Went to watch Wonka on Sunday at 4pm and there were other people but it wasn’t busy at all.. staff is friendly, plenty of parking outside and kfc and McDonald just a few min walk.. only downside is :it looked a bit dirty.. was a bit smelly too.. choose premium seats see photo and they are nothing special… I’d recommend selecting the first row if you want to go for those cause they are pretty high and the screen is not that big or high to be a cinema.. and lastly the temperature inside the room screen 1 was low considering it’s the 10th of December and one should feel comfortable without the coat while I was still wearing it and feeling a bit chilly.. so it was ok but I’ve experienced better
A wonderful place to watch movie with family, the space is clean though the screens are small but its worth it, as the seating too is less, the sound system is good with good surround sound effect ,the seating is kept clean and has good back support , the staff is very polite and helpful they surely will guide you properly, overall will rank very good as it is a very good place for movie outings
Nice please for watching movies especially South Indian cinema. And it’s very easy to get parking and it’s absolutely free.
Paul was absolutely amazing and super friendly. He helped me find the best option around my busy schedule and recommended me film best to my liking. He also advised us in snack options for my friend's allergy. The staff overall was very welcoming and helpful!
Staff were warm friendly and helpful. Place was clean and I feel their nachos are the best out of all the cinema chains. They could do with better seats here but still enjoyed it.
It's been modernised a bit, but still feels very dated. It was so cold in the screen, we all kept our coats on. The audio visual was fine, but the comfort wasn't there.
Excellent !! Went to watch paw patrol on an autism screening , had a wonderful time. By far the best place for such screening in Basingstoke. A special mention to Paul , what an excellent team member! He was friendly , helpful and went above and beyond to make our visit easy and enjoyable. The rest of the team sun 22nd October were also brilliant, nothing was to much trouble for any of them. The screening itself was great for people with sensory needs the volume was perfect and the cinema was quite in both people and noise , which , for us is a major factor. I cannot recommend this cinema enough , the team member really make the visit easy and enjoyable. Thank you all so much for making my sister morning ,she have a great time :
First time going to the cinema in England and I really enjoyed it.The tickets were so affordable just get yourself a ODEON account.Plus there are always plenty of seats to choose from.I would recommend everyone to watch their movies in ODEON!!!
DON’T EVER GET FOOD OR DRINK HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN’T TRUST THAT THE STAFF WASH THEIR HANDS!! I used to go to this Odeon fairly regularly because of my Limitless membership I alternated between this and Andover. However, after going to the toilet on my last visit and seeing a male member of staff walk out of a cubicle after doing a very audible poo and toilet paper wipe, walking past the sinks and straight to grabbing the door handle and walking out WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS… I’m NEVER returning to this cinema again and if I go to Basingstoke to watch a film I can’t see in my local Andover Odeon, I’ll be going to the Vue.
Comfy seating but the screen we were in early afternoon showing with only 3 people there was quite cold.
