Went to see the imax showing of “Fly” this evening. We didn’t get to see the first few minutes of the film as there seemed to be a fault with the projector. Someone went to alert a member of staff who managed to fix the problem quite swiftly.  Afterwards, as I was leaving, I said to the manager David that I wasn’t too happy about missing some of the film it wasnt any more than 5 minutes but it was the opening of the film and he couldn’t have been nicer about it. He apologised and explained what the fault was and how he bypassed it. Also invited my wife and I back for a complimentary film of our choice so that softened the disappointment. Thoroughly recommend this cinema.

The only good thing about the experience was how fast and easy it was to go in and buy tickets.. sadly! The screen we went to, the carpets were full of popcorn, the seat my kid was in had someone else's dirty sweet wrappers, then my husband put his phone torch on and the seats were disgustingly boggin, stained! Doesn't look like they've been professionally cleaned or updated in years. We usually go to the showcase which is definitely 100 times better with standard comfy reclining leather, clean, seats! Sorry odeon but you need to spend some time and money on a revamp or just a proper clean!

Family of seven went to see Buffalo Kids yesterday.We had problems with our tickets on our mobile phone.Sam was very helpful and happy to help.Once sorted ,we enjoyed the film.

I watched inside-out 2 there and the experience was quite good we were one of the only ones there.Offers 20mins of ads.

We occasionally come to the cinema here. It's great. Good cinema complex with comfortable seating, roomy and great screen and sound system. On Mondays it's on special offer for only £5.50 each. We went to see Bohemian Rhapsody and the quality of the viewing and sound were great. Good, free parking. Our daughters have been to the adjoining ski slopes and have loved it. Plenty of restaurants and shops, all under cover

Horrifically long queues. Took over 15 minutes to get 3 drinks. I could hear people saying that they had missed the beginning of their film due to how long it was taking them. Clearly sever management issues

Imax 1st room. The sound was extremely loud the movie was unenjoyable. The picture was ok. Alien:Romulus.

Went to see Dune 2 and the whole experience was completely ruined by poor sound settings. The volume was loud most dialogues were indiscernible, Han’s Zimmer’s music got lost in saturation cracks and overpowered weapon sound effects.

I just know I'm gonna come to odeon in braehead and it's my favourite place to go in the future since I'm coming here

Went to IMAX to see Oppenheimer. I almost went deaf but it was absolutely amazing. Lovely seats to sit in. Great customer service; people directing you to order faster and where to stand to collect. Very attentive. Pizza was gooey deliciousness and you get your own soda at the dispensary. Mozzarella sticks were lovely and salsa was recommendable.
