Friendly staff, comfortable seating however personally I always find that there isn’t enough leg room even in the premium “premiere” seats. Sound quality and picture quality good - we had an issue with the screen at one time and the manager sorted it straight away and handled the situation well.
Great to be out at the cinema again. Very well set up and felt very safe during these troubling times. Great to see an old favourite horror movie on the big screen for only a fiver. Can't fault anything about it.
Fully following Covid-19 regs, different experience with the kids, still a great venue. Just make sure to book tickets in advance fewer seats and less screenings of certain films. Friendly staff. You can buy snacks here, including fresh popcorn for the normal cinema prices !
Fantastic seating
Well set up lots of cleaning. First time back in a cinema, wearing a face covering not too bad once sat down. Once you get into film you forget you are wearing a mask.
There was an issue with the projector for movie I booked to see. The staff where very informative and helpful. Exchanged our tickets no problem all will be cheerful and polite. Great customer service. Keep it up x
