Always extremely helpful and never once had bad service from them. Also if they dont have something in stock or you tell them what you need they will go above and beyond to find something similar to do the job or get it in for you or at worst tell you where else to get it. Top draw service, every single time.

If I say this is an 'old fashioned' hardware and DIY store then that is a glowing compliment! Lots of useful advice and they usually manage to have just what you want tucked away in a drawer.
