We had a small business and were clients of Mikes team at OCL Bath, who throughout our 14 years gave us great support and advice, as we were inexperienced at being self employed or owning our own Retail Business. I cannot speak highly enough of OCL and their professionalism and i would fully recommend their services to any one in business who needs an accountant of such quality.

We have been using OCL Accountancy for the last 20 years and throughout the recent pandemic OCL have been incredibly proactive and efficient in dealing is all accounting and government issues. We would unreservedly recommend OCL to anyone requiring accountancy services

As a small business and a customer for many years, I have been very grateful and pleased with for the high level of support I have received from OCL Accountancy.  The have looked after both my personal affairs and accounts needs in a highly professional, supportive and friendly way.  I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Would not recommend, sorry. Never delivered the level of service that we were promised at our initial meeting with them. Lots of extra charges for work which you expect to simply be included in finalising end of year accounts, poor customer service. Zero helpful advice given.

Friendly and professional people, but a total lack of transparency over charges for services.
