Room was so very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping went above and beyond, making the beds so nicely midweek,then making a birthday cakecout of towels for my son's birthday!! Main food was dreadful, starters and desserts were lovely. Ice cream machine was naff. Cannot thank the hotel staff and housekeeping enough, whom were kind, welcoming and caring. Wish I got the name of the housekeeper, but she was lovely.
Cannot fault hotel rooms Restaurant a pleasure to eat plenty of choice great food n service from all staff. Looking forward to going bk.
Very basic room no telephone and the patio needed a good clean table and chairs were very dirty did not bother cleaning them before we arrived
All round five stars, I've only given it four stars overall due to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the floors were so sticky morning and night as we had the breakfast and dinner package.nnI felt an overwhelming urge to grab some bleach and a mop and come back after hours to clean the floors, plus the seats were sticky and a lot of the bench seats had huge tears in them!nnHowever all that aside fantastic, room, great balcony area, great service!nnLifts were out of action once or twice but I guess that can't be helped.nnBut overall very good sleep and stay and would 110% use the hotel again!nnThank the gods for the air con! As well thank you
Great for access to the park. Booking the hotel is not the best so opt for the premium dining at the yacht club rather than the hotel dining
