A bungle with our van meant we had to wait for 20 mins to be let in, and there weren't any helpful bits and bobs such as tea towels or washing up liquid. But that may be the norm? Good price, owing to the time of year- November not being typical caravan season. Worth checking out.

Just had the most relaxing holiday caravan was clean and tidy and site was kept in great condition will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone

Fantastic clean site friendly staff and great location  
Stopped during May school holidays its a very quite site and great location for the surrounding area. Porthmadog is a few miles away Criccieth is just down the road  
Caravan we stopped at was immaculate and very clean 
Would definitely visit again soon.
