There are better, cheaper, car washes than this one. They always miss the alloys, and under the sides. They seem to skim past the small cheap cars, and spend more time on the Mercedes ‍

First time using Ocean today on my work van. Not a very good job really, got home and was a little disappointed to see the roof of my van had been missed. Would not use again unfortunately, hence the two star review.

Unfortunately my wind deflector was broken whilst having my car washed, i only realised when id left, but nothing was said to me at the time.

Pull in and wash, it's easy to do. The staff guide you to where to park and when to pull forward etc. Don't be shocked when they open each door to dry the seams and when they reach the drivers door it's time to pay.

Very Very bad, attitude of the owner is disgusting, didn't accept the damage done by his employees who don't even speak English. Broke my car seat handle and damaged a paint of the car.   Very bad and not professionalServices:&nbsp;Vacuuming

Went here after being recommended to me by my friend. Let's just say I will never be going again. They hardly touched the boot and left it full of dog hair, they didn't hoover the parcel shelf at all, the seats were left filthy and there was bits left all over the back seat! The windows were streaky and it was just a genuinely terrible job. I asked for the special valet at £20 yet they did the exact same to the car behind and that was only £15! I was so disappointed after hearing such good reviews from my friend. I definitely will not use them again, I will try the one across the road. Quick and efficient. Worth the money and never had a single scratch.

Been using them for years, for the price they offered fair service. Although, during my last visit they destroyed a paint on my spoiler. I confronted manager about it, he refused to take any responsibility for it. I asked him for cctv video of my cleaning to prove that member of his staff washed it too close, he removed video in front of me. And tried to brush me off. After more arguing he wanted to prove me wrong, by showing me that their pressure washer can’t do such thing by pressuring my spoiler at close again i agreed, which further damage my spoiler paint. I asked to speak with owner, other manager he refused to help me. After further argue he offered to address it after ‘rush hour’, by speaking with his friend who could quote a repaint. He never come back to me.  I would not recommend their service. You may never have issue, but if you will, you will be left for your own. I think their staff is pressured to clean cars quickly, so they will water jet any dirt at close for speed of service instead of cleaning your car in a way best for your car.  Feel to be warned, hopefully you will never have issue. I highly recommend checking car before driving off!
